therapist - answering your questions, sharing our vision, determining fit. Available in-person or virtually!

Initial assessment: 75-minute session with your therapist where your needs are assessed, treatment begins, and home program is initiated.

Treatment session: Uninterrupted 60-minute session, one-on-one with your therapist.

Bi-Annual Review: 75-minute, proactive visits designed to aid in early detection of musculoskeletal imbalances. We empower you to address these imbalances with the goal of helping you to avoid bigger issues down the road and continue enjoying life to the fullest!

Shoe Assessment: Two 30 minute visits designed to ensure the shoes on your feet are working with your body and not against it! Visit one includes gait analysis, investigation of your current shoes, and shoe suggestions. Visit two ensures that your new shoes are properly fit to your body's mechanics!
